Trip To The Holy Land
Once in a while it is a great thing to be able to travel. Travelling with family and friends are some of the most exciting and rewarding thing to do. So on December 4th to December 16th we are going to travel the Holy Land and walk in the footsteps of Jesus. I'm going to put more stuff in here especially the pictures.
Picture tell you a ton of experiences.
It is through the camera that we are able to capture the experience and share it with others.

On this trip we are taking the Etihad Airways. This is my first time flying a middle east airplane. Previously I have only flown Malaysian Airlines, Air Asia and Easy Jet, if I remember correctly. But these airlines have brought me to travel many countries.
We took the Business class on Etihad from Kuala Lumpur to Abu Dhabi and then from Abu Dhabi to Amman, Jordan. I think I have not flown Business class before but my mum seem to think I did once. Anyway this was a great experience for me and my wife. My wife has never sit on Business class before so I guess it a new experience for her.

What are the difference between economy class and Business class? Well, the price of course. You have to pay about double to quadruple of the normal economy price. You get a better service, better food which is some fine dining in the air. Then you get more leg room and on Etihad and most airlines I think, you will be able to adjust your seat into a bed.
Although we got extra leg room and a small bed, it was quite difficult to sleep because the airplanes moves quite often. Just like a bus goes over a bump which wakes you up from time to time.

We were not able to take advantage of the Business Lounge while in KLIA because it was under renovation. So we just sat at a makeshift lounge which was not so great. But once we arrive in Abu Dhabi, we were able to experience the Eithad Premium Lounge. The above is some shots I took of the lounge.
It's quite spacious, with lots of food, wifi and we were also able to take a hot bath which was great because of the long flight.

Once we arrive in Amman, Jordan we boarded our coach bus. Everything is very well arranged when you go in a group with a travel tour company. We were greeted by our local Jordanian guide, Mr Elijah. The first thing he did was take us for lunch. Since we arrive around 1 something in the afternoon local time, I guess it was a good decision as many of us will be quite hungry.
On our way to Madaba, we passed by the Jordanian terrain. I took a picture of some Olive plantation.
Okay, I will continue the lunch part in my next post.
